Insight Brazilian Jiu Jitzu provides a family-friendly environment for all ages. They offer weekly kids' Brazilian Jiu Jitzu classes and week-long day camps through the summer for ages 5-17. Classes incorporate teaching methods specifically designed for kids and approach Jiu Jitsu in a fun and safe way.
Insight's programs help learners develop discipline, respect, self-esteem, ability to concentrate, body awareness and balance. They offer a separate Youth Leadership Program that involves both at-home and in-class elements as well.
