We have annual therapeutic partnership opportunities that range in price from $350 to $1,000 per month plus tax. Pricing is based on the amount of time you need in your private appointment space each week. Each of our (4) free-standing offices includes:

    • 200 sf of private appointment spaceunique passcode for entry

    • access to digital scheduling calendar
    • a private half bath
    • open shelving for shared resources
    • locked storage for items you’d like to reserve for your clients only

Collective partnership is more than just an office lease, however. We support our therapists with six key benefits while you build your small businesses in our space.

Workshop | Classroom Space in the Pines

We have annual therapeutic partnership opportunities that range in price from $10 to $20 per hour plus tax. Pricing is based on the amount of time we plan for you to host your classes and workshops in our Collective space. The Collective planned footprint includes the following spaces for our partners to choose from:
    • (3) enclosed classroom spaces
    • (1) enclosed outdoor art studio
    • An open double kitchen/science lab space
    • An outdoor classroom space

Our campus also has:

    • library
    • outdoor meeting circle and other seating areas
    • natural playground
    • swimming pool 
    • (4) outbuildings for longer-term partners’ private appointments

 

Collective partnership is more than just a place to hold your class or workshop, however. Our partnerships are designed to provide more flexibility within the budget constraints many independent educators and creative professionals face.
