Cancellation within 7 Days 

  • If you cancel your monthly subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation after 7 Days 

  • If you cancel your monthly subscription after 7 days of the initial purchase, no refund will be provided.
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.

Cancellation within 14 Days 

  • If you cancel your three-month subscription within 14 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation after 14 Days 

  • If you cancel your three-month subscription after 14 days of the initial purchase, no refund will be provided.
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current three-month billing cycle.

Cancellation within 30 Days 

  • If you cancel your annual subscription within 30 days of the initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.

Cancellation after 30 Days 

  • If you cancel your annual subscription after 30 days of the initial purchase, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
  • The prorated refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining months of the subscription minus a 15% administrative fee.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date of cancellation.

General Conditions

  • Refunds are only applicable for the initial subscription purchase. Renewals and subsequent purchases are non-refundable.
